Nerve Healing and Pain

Nerves have continued to heal, but the pain has become difficult to deal with much of the time.  I've gone up to the equivalent of 92 mg of morphine, but due to depressed breathing have been taken back down to 50 mg or so.  Looking into other avenues for nerve pain control, but I've tried most everything.   Natural and synthetic remedies.  Medical marijuana may be one of the last options.  Ironic that is it more difficult to gain access to than the more dangerous pain meds.   With the higher opiates, I found an increase in leg swelling as well as in increase of heart rate far too high 130 resting.
The opiates do seem to mess with blood pressure, mine has been pretty low, sometimes 90/40 or so.

Will post updates as I am able.  Legs have weakened quite a bit.  Standing is difficult.  Without enough pain killer I'll black out from the pain when standing.  With enough, breathing is depressed and I'm blacking out as well.  Will work on a better balance.  As meds stand now:  150 mg daily of tramadol.  12.5 mcg Fentanyl patch.

My vitamin D is low, had to go to a 4000 IU to get it anywhere close to the normal low.  Wonder if it's due to cells and vitamin D relationship.  Everything else has been pretty standard.

Good news is that spine is stable.
